Fall Minis at The Cardinal Oct 6 & 20

Cancellation Policy

Mini Sessions will be held at The Cardinal in Mosely, VA on Oct.. 6 &20 , 2024. Session Fee is $220. $55 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and the remaining $165 is due at session. Please keep in mind that the time slot is not guaranteed until the deposit fee has been paid. Fee includes: 20 min session, 10 digital files and print release. Gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks Note - Mini-sessions do not include images on a USB-drive. Photos will be delivered via online gallery. Retainer and Payment. Client agrees to pay photographer a retainer of $55 at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. If there is a balance, it is due at the time of the session. Cancellation. No refunds will be given, but you may transfer your session to another party or date. In case of inclement weather, Client and Photographer must agree on a re-shoot date. Late Arrivals. Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session. Archive. After three (3) months, all ordered images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control. Copyright and Reproductions. The Photographer owns the copyright for all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio. Failure to Perform. If the Photographer is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, act of God or causes beyond the control of the Photographer, the Photographer and Client shall make every attempt to reschedule the session. If a reschedule is unable to be agreed upon, Photographer shall return the retainer to the client and shall have no further liability. Model Release. I grant permission for Devon Burks Media, to take and use; printed or electronic publications, websites, or other electronic communications, media, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any products or service. Model Release approval must be made by a parent/guardian if any photo session participants are less than 18 years of age.
